My brother, Scott, is a motorcycle cop. He has managed to avoid showing us his cool outfit like the cop in Dumb and Dumber. This has not stopped my other brother, Jim, from calling Scott "Capn' Gay Boots". Scott is a good cop and serves the badge and the people of Chino very well. Today he was in the local newspaper, The Chino Champion. Check it out.
