5 Students were sent home from school for wearing shirts that bore the American Flag or Red, White and Blue on Cinco De Mayo. Now, of course, these days there is no way to decipher the manipulative hand of the media and what facts they choose to share versus what facts they choose not to share, but this is not right. You should be able to display the American Flag whenever you wish. Our Constitution even protects those that choose to disrespect it...that has to mean it protects those that choose to honor it as well. Shame on you Vice Principle Rodriguez and Live Oak High School! On a high note, I really enjoyed my Chimichanga as I celebrated the holiday of Mexico's victory over the French...that makes me wonder? Shouldn't we have directed our anger at the French that day?!

Just so wrong. My hispanic friends feel the same as the hispanic mother who supported her son in wanting to display his patriotism to America.
